- Goods are normally distributed and delivered via a national network.
- Long length such as head rail may be delivered separately from the cubicles.
- Due to the size of the items, the packing cannot be made water proof. Therefore, goods must not be left outside.
- It is "The Buyers" responsibility to ensure you are able to receive the goods ordered.
- All deliveries are to kerb side.
- The pallet size for “Standard Cubicles” is 1550 x 1850. Height and weight will depend on quantity ordered, this should be taken into account when ordering.
- Irrespective of the quantity ordered the items are big and heavy.
- "The Buyer" should have the resources in which to accept delivery including getting the items from kerb side/delivery vehicle into their building.
- It is "The Buyers" responsibility to ensure they are able to receive the goods and either have a forklift, access to a forklift or have adequate man power to facilitate receipt of the goods ordered.
- If a delivery cannot be made, is refused, turned away, "The Buyer" or their representatives are not on site, incorrect delivery details are given or for any other reason. The full cost of delivery would be payable prior to re-delivery.
Damage of Goods in Transit
Goods delivered by pallet or similar either direct or by a third party ~ Upon delivery ~ Goods must be unpacked & inspected for damage prior to signing for a delivery.
If any goods are "Damaged in Transit", goods must be signed for as damaged, this must be clearly stated on the Couriers delivery note.
FAILURE TO INSPECT GOODS PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY
If the Goods are signed for without prior inspection for whatever reason, you will assume responsibility for the goods and any damage.
